FAQ

Before you start

Do I need to install anything?

No. It runs in the browser on any phone or computer. You can add it to your phone's home screen and it opens like an app.

Can my crew use it in Spanish?

Yes. Each person chooses English or Spanish for their own account, and notes can be written in either language.

What happens when the trial ends?

You choose a plan inside the app, under Account and team → Plan and billing. If you don't, your account switches to read-only: you can still view everything and run reports, and nothing is deleted.

Who on my team sees what?

Everyone logs in with their own user and a role: admin, finance, supervisor, field or client. Only admin and finance see contracts, costs and profit; your GC only sees progress and the daily log.

Does the AI save anything without my review?

No. Before saving it shows you what it understood from your note, receipt or contract, and you decide what gets applied.

How do I pay?

For now, request your plan from inside the app and we'll send payment details and activate it the same day. Online card payments are coming soon.
